Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Open and close the office and be a point of contact for the office.
- Perform tasks under the direction of the Office Manager.
- Must be flexible Monday-Friday between 7am and 6pm (additional hours may be needed).
- Create and maintain several calendars for general office functions (rooms, vehicles, and travel).
- Avoidance of creating and maintaining positive working relationships with others and work well with a team to reach common goals.
- Ability to easily and effectively juggle multiple priorities and competing demands.
- Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Provide general reception and office support, including answering phones, scanning, and making copies.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Able to maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders.
- Able to communicate with staff and visitors professionally.
- Able to perform additional tasks such as ensuring confidentiality and appropriate release of information, communicating and maintaining relationships with outside vendors, and performing other duties related to the position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (related college courses or certificate programs preferable).
- At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral and emotional challenges.
- A minimum of two years’ work experience with administrative job duties, preferably in an office setting.
- Proficiency must be demonstrated in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Google drive, sheet (docs).
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record.
- Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance.
- Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test.
- Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Compensation
$18.50/hr Bilingual a plus!
