About the role
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the executive team, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support executive team with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and phone calls
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist with event planning and logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Knowledge of travel and expense reimbursement processes
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with CRM systems
