About the role
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the team, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing office operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage calendars and organize events
- Prepare reports and documents as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Google Workspace
- Basic graphic design skills (optional)
