Responsibilities
- Handle general office tasks and administrative duties, such as organizing schedules and events, entering data, maintaining office equipment, providing basic tech support, and other general operations activities.
- Support development activities, including donor data entry, generating mailing lists, and assisting in member mailings such as renewal appeals and acknowledgement letters.
- Coordinate with MEIC’s Development Officer (DO) and Executive Director (ED) to grow and engage MEIC’s active network of members, partners, and supporters.
- Prepare reports and materials for donors and board meetings and assist in fundraising activities under the guidance of the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer with daily operations, including providing print tech support, ordering office and mailing supplies, stocking, etc.
- Maintain central email account and act as first contact for general office telephone inquiries.
- Aid staff with member engagement, education, recruitment, and appreciation events across the state.
- Perform miscellaneous office and administrative duties as needed.
- Aid in event planning and assist the Executive Director with Board of Directors requirements.
- Maintain MEIC archives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or development role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with basic office equipment and technology.

Pay
$50,000 - $55,000 range depending on experience.
Schedule
