Administration Officer, Child and Youth Mental Health Service
About the role
Contributing to the enthusiastic team at Child Youth Mental Health Service. Likely to be based at Macquarie but may be asked to visit any of the nine services in the District, supporting different areas and including the Clinical Director.
Responsibilities
- Provides a comprehensive range of administration support and customer service to the staff and customers of NSLHD, in pursuit of unit and department outcomes.
- Encourages and nurtures a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Supports the team in delivering high-quality services to patients and their communities.
Requirements
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Show an example of where attention to detail has been important in previous jobs or activities.
- Express what they hope to learn or gain from this position in a year's time.
- Describe their communication and work style when dealing with team members, especially with experienced and sometimes opinionated staff.
Qualifications
The position requires immunization and screening for certain diseases as outlined in the NSW Health OASV Policy (Page 11).
Applicants must complete the OASV Undertaking/Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool during the recruitment process and upload these with their application along with any other vaccination evidence.

$37.28 - $38.44 per hour
