What You'll Do
- Manage the daily scheduling, handling last-minute changes, and communicating with both staff and clients.
- Coordinating training schedules will also be part of your responsibilities.
- Help maintain an inviting and well-organized clinic space by overseeing supply management, scheduling contractors, and ensuring the facility is well-kept and safe.
- Plan and execute staff appreciation initiatives, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Get involved with community events, helping to raise awareness of our services and employment opportunities.

Extra Considerations Given To Candidates
- Bilingual fluency
