About the role
Iredell Health Foundation is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support fundraising efforts and donor relations.
Responsibilities
- Connect with donors, patients, families, and community partners at fundraising events and community celebrations.
- Maintain accurate donor records, track gifts and pledges, and generate reports to guide fundraising strategy.
- Showcase exceptional organizational skills, strong time management, careful attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- Strong proficiency in Donor Perfect (or similar CRM/donor management software), including data entry, gift processing, and report generation, is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including comfort with formulas, spreadsheets, and organizing data sets, are essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- The ability to work outside standard business hours as needed is important due to event requirements.
