About the role

Iredell Health Foundation is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support fundraising efforts and donor relations.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with donors, patients, families, and community partners at fundraising events and community celebrations.
  • Maintain accurate donor records, track gifts and pledges, and generate reports to guide fundraising strategy.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational skills, strong time management, careful attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Donor Perfect (or similar CRM/donor management software), including data entry, gift processing, and report generation, is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including comfort with formulas, spreadsheets, and organizing data sets, are essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work outside standard business hours as needed is important due to event requirements.
