Admin Assist

About the role

Richman Property Services is currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Located in Bayville, this position offers flexible hours from Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails from Resident Managers and Leasing Staff
• Aid with application intake, verification, and screening of resident applications
• Review lease documents for compliance
• Prepare tenant responses and property notices
• Prepare legal notices
• Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and some college preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management preferred

Skills & Certifications

• Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
• Customer service and detail-oriented skills
• Good time-management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
• Residential Property Management experience preferred
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
• Exceptional resident relations skills
