Adjunct Voice Faculty

About the Role

Bethel University is seeking an Applied Vocal Instructor to provide private instruction for voice students and lead studio masterclass sessions.

Responsibilities

• Teach applied voice lessons
• Lead studio class sessions

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Vocal Performance or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching in public or private education

Performance Expectations

• Prompt scheduling and reporting of grades to the music department supervisor
• Maintain a collegial, professional work environment with students, faculty, and staff
• Participate in yearly evaluations

Work involves routine contact with students, faculty, staff, and the public, requiring discretion and professional courtesy. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required.
