Adjunct Pool - Instructor of Mechanical Engineering
North Central College’s Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering seeks adjunct (per-course) instructors to teach one or more of the following undergraduate courses on an ongoing or per-semester basis:
- Thermodynamics
- Engineering methods (SolidWorks design and 3D printers)
- Manufacturing process (CNC machine, casting, laser cutter, etc.)
- Mechanical simulation (SolidWorks)
- Robotics (MATLAB)
Applicants must hold a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or possess significant industry experience; college-level teaching experience is preferred.

Pay
$960 – $1,040 per credit hour, based on experience and qualifications.
