About the Role

Part-time adjunct instructor of Nutrition. Teach one or two lower-division courses per semester as needed. This is a pooled position; applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available.

Responsibilities

• Lecture using PowerPoint presentation software
• Maintain excellent classroom ambiance

Requirements

• Solid foundation of nutrition in undergraduate curriculum
• Post-graduation education in nutrition
• Working toward ADA eligibility or holds the RDN credential
• Canvas learning experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
