Adjunct Music Teacher (Piano & Voice)

About the role

The Adjunct Music Instructor provides quality music instruction to students, offering one-on-one lessons to help them complete graduation requirements or achieve personal goals in an engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach weekly private music lessons in voice and/or instrument.
• Prepare music students for performances.
• Maintain written records of each student’s preparation and progress throughout the semester.
• Report as needed to the department head or program coordinator.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field (required).
• Preference given to professionals with teaching experience, ideally at the secondary level.
• Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and drug test.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
• Work is performed on a smoke-free campus.

Pay

$55 per lesson.
