Job Summary
SUNY College of Technology, Alfred State College, seeks qualified applicants for short-term adjunct positions as needed. These positions focus on teaching laboratory and project-based learning course work.
Position Responsibilities
- Emphasis on teaching mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering technology and mechatronics technology courses in both lectures and laboratory environments.
- Classroom management activities that range from laboratory set-up to grading and assessment.
- Complete ABET assessment activities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering technology, technology, engineering science, or closely related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Desired Requirements
- 3 years of industrial experience.
- Prior training or teaching experience.
