Responsibilities

• Teach courses in accordance with curriculum guidelines and student learning outcomes.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, colleagues, and community partners.

• Assist in the development and implementation of new educational initiatives.
• Participate in departmental and institutional committees as assigned.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the college level.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
