Responsibilities
- Teach courses in accordance with curriculum guidelines and student learning outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, colleagues, and community partners.
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new educational initiatives.
- Participate in departmental and institutional committees as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the college level.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
