The Human Factors in Information Design graduate program at Bentley University is always interested in learning about qualified candidates for future openings. When hiring needs arise, the department will actively source candidates from this applicant pool.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in web design, graphic design, or other UX design areas.
  • Master’s degree related to human factors or HCI.

The salary grade range for this role is shared in alignment with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act and our commitment to equity and transparency.

For the 2025–26 academic year, adjunct faculty are compensated at a rate of $7,225.00 per course. Courses with labs and other four-credit courses shall be compensated at a higher minimum rate of $9,333.00 per course. For more information, please contact GA_HR_Employment@bentley.edu.
