Adjunct Instructor Pool – Behavioral and Social Sciences
Responsibilities
Teach assigned courses following approved curriculum.
Prepare and deliver instruction in various formats.
Develop or use syllabi, assignments and assessments.
Communicate course expectations and evaluate student performance.
Maintain records and submit grades on time.
Use required instructional technologies.
Support student learning and maintain availability.
Participate in required training or meetings.
Follow University policies and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
Master's degree in a Behavioral or Social Science discipline or related field with at least 18 graduate hours in the teaching area.
Ability to teach and communicate subject matter effectively.
Basic proficiency with instructional technology.
Qualifications
Doctorate in a Behavioral or Social Science discipline or related field preferred.
College-level teaching experience preferred.
Experience with online or hybrid instruction preferred.
Skills
Effective communication skills.
Ability to develop and deliver instruction in various formats.
