Adjunct Instructor (Per Diem) Epidemiology

About the role

Multiple Instructors needed for graduate courses in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Rutgers School of Public Health during the Fall 2026 Semester to accommodate our expanding enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level courses in Epidemiology and Biostatistics
• Develop and deliver course materials
• Mentor students and provide feedback on their work

Requirements

• Experience teaching Epidemiology and/or Biostatistics at the graduate level
• PhD in Epidemiology or Biostatistics or related field
• Strong communication and teaching skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about public health education
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced academic environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
