Responsibilities
- Teach applied organ lessons
- Recruit and mentor students
- Lead efforts to develop and sustain a vibrant organ studio
- Articulate a clear vision for growing and advancing an organ program within a comprehensive university music department
Requirements
- Master’s degree in music (or closely related field)
- Demonstrated excellence in organ performance and teaching
- Evidence of artistic engagement and professional activity
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting and retaining students
- Collegiate teaching experience
- Experience in sacred, liturgical, or collaborative performance settings
Benefits
- Salary range: $2,225 - $17,800 per course, based on a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester
- Teaching assignments will be assigned by the College and Department on an as-needed basis
