Adjunct Instructor of ASPIRE- Degree Completion (Pool)

Brief Description

The ASPIRE Simpson University Degree Completion (DC) Program is seeking a pool of qualified candidates to teach in the program for the 2025-2026 academic year. This is a part-time, temporary Adjunct Faculty position. Adjunct positions are filled as needed through ongoing recruitment. Applicants are contacted and hired year-round, based on university needs.

About the Role

This academic year, the DC Program has open positions for qualified individuals to teach undergraduate courses in programs such as Business, Math, Psychology, Teacher Education, and Social Welfare in both face to face and online formats.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field
• Professional experience in related field
• Experience teaching college level courses, preferable in an accelerated online format

Essential Functions

• Develop syllabus and teach a course as assigned
• Utilize Canvas for course management and delivery of content
• Work with a diverse student body population
• Contribute to the work of the Degree Completion team as requested by the Director

$26 hourly
