Adjunct Instructor - Medical Laboratory Sciences

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person Clinical Immunology lectures to undergraduate MLS students.
• Total credit load of 7 credits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Generalist certification (MT/MLS), Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, including working with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work accurately and safely under stress, adapt easily to changing environments, and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrated experience working in and fostering an environment of professionalism, respect, and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from various backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as an adjunct faculty member at VCU.

Salary Range

$10,500 - $12,000
