Adjunct Instructor, Mathematics
Part-time, one-semester contract with possibility of renewal in the College of Humanities and Sciences.
About the role
Adjunct Instructor for "MATH102 Precalculus", a Precalculus course designed for non-science majors. The position requires a dynamic and experienced teacher who applies active student-learning methods in the classroom.
This Fall semester course will be offered in person on the East Falls campus on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:40 – 5:30 pm. Classes begin on August 24 and final grades are due by December 21.
Requirements
- M.A., Ph.D. (or ABD) in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field.
- Candidates must be qualified to teach "MATH102 Precalculus".
