Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, interpret, and execute administrative procedures and practices, including manuals for the College’s policies, procedures, rules, and standards
- Analyze class and program needs of the College
- Determine and recommend retention or deletion of courses
- Develop and coordinate program and course schedules, faculty assignments, and test dates
- Maintain calendars to track schedules and adjust as required
- Assist students and support program curriculum, program and course reviews, and articulation activities
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Geology or Earth Science, or
- Master’s degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Geology or Earth Science
Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications
- Ability to utilize Canvas Learning Management System and other instructional technologies
- Ability to interact positively with diverse populations and varying education levels of students, faculty, staff, and the public

- Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills
