Duties And Responsibilities
- Facilitating instruction as assigned and as outlined in the course descriptions and course syllabi
- Supervising the study and learning activities of students assigned to the specific section(s)
- Regularly and frequently evaluating and reporting the academic progress of students
- Demonstrating knowledge of services, regulations, and procedures as defined in the Adjunct Faculty Handbook
- Submitting grades and attendance as the instructors of record
- Communicating with students and other faculty using the College email messaging system
Required Qualifications
- A Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college/university with a major in forestry or a closely related discipline
Availability/Closing Date

Adjuncts are hired on an as-needed basis. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis, which may include fall, spring, and summer. Position Summary
To provide quality instruction for student learning and to maintain a positive learning environment. The major emphasis will be placed on teaching and evaluating students and assisting students as they learn and master course learning outcomes.

On-Site Requirement
Faculty should be able to teach courses on campus and attend required meetings. Online courses may be a possibility, but this is not a remote position.
