Responsibilities

  • Teach one or more courses
  • Aid students
  • Develop appropriate course syllabi
  • Check and respond to KC email daily
  • Submit various documentation in a timely manner
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher for academic transfer courses
  • At least 18 graduate hours in the subject area for academic transfer courses
  • Variety of qualifications including degree earned and work experience for career and technical education courses

Salary Range & Fringe Benefits

  • Salary based on level of education ranging from $1,800 to $2,000 per 3-hour course
  • Worker’s compensation
  • Limited Part-Time Retirement Plan

Additional Information

Kilgore College does not participate in the federal Social Security program.

All full-time positions are located in Kilgore, TX. No fully work from home positions are available at this time. All employees must be available to physically present to work on the Kilgore, TX or Longview, TX Campus.

Some Part-Time and Adjunct positions may be offsite but the candidate MUST live in the State of Texas.
