About the role

The Department of Dance is seeking an Adjunct Instructor with expertise in teaching ballet, modern, jazz, tap, or hip hop courses to both majors and minors.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes in ballet, modern, jazz, tap, or hip hop.
• Serve as a choreographer as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in the discipline and in teaching.
• Prior collegiate-level teaching experience, preferred.
• Commitment to teaching excellence and service to the college, university, and community.
• Must demonstrate how the Christian faith enriches, guides, and undergirds an understanding of dance.

Qualifications

• Earned an MA, MFA, or commensurate professional experience in Dance.
