Adjunct Instructor, Chemistry

About the role

The School of Liberal Arts and Sciences seeks adjunct faculty to teach introductory, principles, and general chemistry courses for majors in Chemistry and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Teach introductory, principles, and general chemistry courses for majors in Chemistry and related fields.
• Teach lectures, recitations, and labs for chemistry majors.
• Support majors in other departments that require chemistry courses.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Chemistry.
• Demonstrated expertise in the discipline.
• Prior collegiate-level teaching experience, preferred.
• Commitment to teaching excellence and service to the college, university, and community.
• Demonstrated Christian commitment and ability to integrate faith into coursework.
