About the Role
This course builds off the skill sets introduced in GC Systems 1 to provide the student with a more complex understanding of computer geometry in order to examine the basic elements of computer models. Modeling, animation, lighting, texture mapping, and rendering are explored within a production setting.
Responsibilities
- Teach advanced techniques in computer geometry, modeling, animation, lighting, texture mapping, and rendering within a production context.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ZBrush and Maya, including the use of modeling tools and transferring ZBrush sculpts to Maya.
- Instruct students on texturing, lighting, and rendering processes.
Requirements
- Must hold a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts).
- Professional experience in the field of computer graphics or related industry.
- Expertise in ZBrush and Maya, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
