Adjunct Instructor - Business Law
Qualifications
Responsible for teaching Business Law
Deliver lecture, class discussion and case problems emphasizing legal principles on the following topics: the legal environment, government regulation of business, contracts, personal property, environmental liability as it relates to business transactions, bankruptcy, employment and human resources, and current legal issues.
The legal environment as it impacts business decision making is addressed.
Delivery
Delivery: in-person, East Falls campus, 1 evening or twice a week
Education Required
Master’s degree required
Experience
1-2 year of teaching experience required; Professional experience in the industry
Responsibilities
Responsible for teaching courses in Business Law
