Responsibilities
- Teach onsite at the BETC facility
- Facilitate both classroom instruction and hands-on laboratory training
- Guide participants through core concepts and real-world applications across the biomanufacturing workflow
- Teach in a specific technical area or across multiple modules based on expertise
- Offer evening and flexible scheduling options to accommodate industry professionals
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working in the bioprocessing or biomanufacturing industry
- Demonstrated ability to operate laboratory and bioprocessing equipment in a simulated GMP manufacturing environment
- Prior teaching, training, or on-the-job mentoring experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively engage adult learners with diverse professional backgrounds
