Adjunct Instructor, Biblical Studies, Theology, or Ministry

About the role

The School of Ministry seeks Adjunct Instructors to teach undergraduate-level courses in Bible, theology, ministry, philosophy of religion, intercultural studies, or other ministry-related disciplines. The position requires a strong commitment to the Christian faith, as well as excellence in teaching, scholarly research, and service.

Qualifications

• Required to hold an earned terminal degree for the specific discipline (Ph.D. or equivalent, D.Min.). Earned 18 graduate credit hours in a biblical, theological, philosophical, or ministry-related discipline, preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in the discipline.
• Prior collegiate-level teaching experience, preferred.
• Commitment to teaching excellence and service to the college, university, and community.
• Demonstrated Christian commitment and the ability to integrate faith into coursework.
