About the Role
The Department of Psychological Sciences at Daemen University is seeking a part-time instructor for the Fall 2026 semester to teach one section of Psychology of Mental Illness, a 200-level course for undergraduate majors, minors, and non-majors. This course surveys the origins, symptoms, and treatment of various forms of mental illness described in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree required; ABD or Ph.D. preferred.
- Prior experience teaching undergraduate students required.
- Teaching experience in an equivalent course or courses with similar content.
