Requirements
- Minimum Education: Master's degree in American Sign Language or Education for the Hearing Impaired with fluency in ASL, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum Experience/Training: Prior college teaching experience preferred
- Computer Literacy: High level required
- Commitment to Teaching: Demonstrated commitment required
Qualifications
- Master's degree in American Sign Language or Education for the Hearing Impaired with fluency in ASL
- Bachelor’s degree in American Sign Language, Sign Language Interpreting, or Education of the Deaf or Hard of Hearing with fluency in ASL plus National Certification in Sign Language Interpreting (RID) or ASLTA Certification and demonstrated competency in teaching
- Ph.D. preferred
