Adjunct - Human Services

About the role

Instructors are responsible for providing quality academic curriculum, instruction, assessment, and ensuring a productive and challenging learning experience.

This position works to promote social justice within the division and the larger academic institution. Instruction will be primarily in the blended/hybrid format. Courses will cover Cultural Issues, Children & Families, and DisAbilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality academic curriculum, instruction, assessment, and ensure a productive and challenging learning experience.
• Promote social justice within the division and the larger academic institution.
• Teach courses in the blended/hybrid format covering Cultural Issues, Children & Families, and DisAbilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Two years (4,000 hours) of occupational experience with one year (2,000 hours) in the last five years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.

Skills

• Ability to teach in a blended/hybrid format.
• Knowledge of Cultural Issues, Children & Families, and DisAbilities.

Benefits

• First Shift (Day) work schedule.
