About the role

The Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business at Mount St. Mary’s University seeks part-time Adjunct Faculty to teach Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing courses beginning Spring 2026.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing.
• Deliver engaging instruction and maintain high academic standards.
• Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.
• Adhere to course outcomes and assessment standards established by the Bolte School of Business.

Requirements

• Required: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing (or a related field), OR a Ph.D. in one of these areas.
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence.
• Prior university-level teaching experience preferred.
• Professional or industry experience in the field preferred.
• Evidence of scholarly engagement and professional development.
