Adjunct Faculty, Psychology
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality instruction to students in the assigned courses.
- Develop course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Engage and inspire students through effective teaching strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student engagement and academic success.
- Ensure active participation and engagement of students.
- Provide timely feedback and guidance to students to support their learning and development.
- Submit grades on time and otherwise comply with requests from the chair.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in departmental meetings and activities.
Requirements
- Must have earned a PhD. in Psychology, or related area.
Physical Requirements
- Some light lifting associated with setting up computers, document cameras, or other hardware needed for conducting a mixed in-person plus remote class.
Supplemental Information
Salary Range Based On Experience
Instructor: $1,477.28 per credit
Assistant Professor: $1,526.25 per credit
Associate Professor: $1,575.65 per credit
Professor: $1,625.04 per credit
