Adjunct faculty position to co-teach Litigation Strategy & Planning for the Fall 2026 semester (co-instructor: Prof. Brendan Lupetin).
About the role
This 2-credit course focuses on the planning a litigator must do throughout the life of a case in developing strategies for the conduct of the litigation. Topics include:
- Taking a case
- Anticipating pretrial procedures
- Preservation of evidence
- Deciding on causes of action
- Obtaining expert witnesses
- Discovery strategy
- Motions practice
- Development of trial themes
- Demonstrative evidence
- Jury selection
- Order of witnesses
- Settlement considerations
Requirements
- J.D.
- At least three years of practice experience
- Prior law teaching experience preferred
Pay
$2,500 per credit.
