About the role

The Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment at LIU invites applications from self-directed, inspiring, and motivated individuals to join this historical partnership with LIU and Roc Nation as an adjunct professor. All courses are taught in person on LIU’s Brooklyn campus.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Sports Management
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Sports Communication and Marketing

Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent in relevant field preferred
  • Experience in higher education or related field
  • Ability to teach in-person courses

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
