Adjunct Faculty - Management

About the role

Adjunct Management Instructor responsible for teaching daytime and online classes such as Introduction to Business, HR Management, Business Math, Employee Compensation and Benefits, and Training and Development. Classes are offered in-person daytime (blended) and online asynchronous 8‑week format using Blackboard Ultra. Candidates must have online teaching experience and proficient use of Blackboard Ultra.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or human resources management plus the equivalent of one year's full‑time non‑teaching work experience in the field. MBA or Master's degree in management or human resources preferred.
• Experience: College‑level teaching experience or demonstrated ability to teach the subject matter. Minimum of 3 years of business experience in management and/or human resources. Business AI experience is preferred.
