Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and functionalities.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or system administration.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and databases.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience with testing and debugging tools.
