Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and functionalities.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or system administration.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and databases.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with testing and debugging tools.
