Adjunct Faculty - English (In Person teaching opportunity Elyria OH)

About the role

Lorain County Community College is seeking an Adjunct Instructor to teach College Composition and co-requisite courses. Offerings may include daytime, evening, and/or online sections. Locations may vary from the main campus, CCP in local High Schools, Outreach Learning Centers in Wellington, Lorain, and North Ridgeville; and/or delivered remotely.

Responsibilities

• Teach College Composition and co-requisite courses at various locations including the main campus, local High Schools, and Outreach Learning Centers.
• Deliver instruction in both traditional and online formats as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in the discipline of English.
• Previous teaching experience.
• Preferred qualifications include background with Rhetoric/Composition and familiarity with the mission of the community college.
