Adjunct Faculty- Economics Instructor

Description Of Duties

• Prepare appropriate syllabi.
• Develop lectures, discussions, and other presentations or activities to enhance the students educational experience.
• Evaluate students performance using appropriate methods.
• Develop, secure, and maintain necessary instructional materials.

Education & Experience

• Master's degree in Economics required.
• Teaching and/or work experience in Economics or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated oral English proficiency for classroom instruction.

Hours per week vary by course load, semester, and schedule. Minimum starting pay for adjunct faculty (as of Fall 2024):

• Less Than a Master's Degree = $693.36 per equated hour
• Master's Degree = $808.92 per equated hour
• Doctorate = $866.70 per equated hour
