General Statement Of Duties

NSCC is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach Sociology in our Early College Program in fall 2026. Instruction is face to face during the day at the partner high school.

Essential Functions

  • Teaching content area material to a class of students
  • Grading and assessment
  • Early alerts

Job Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Sociology or a related field
  • At least 18 graduate credits in Sociology
  • The ability to teach during the day in Lynn at our partner high schools

Additional Information

  • Candidates will be required to pass a CORI/SORI and/or National background check as a condition of employment.
