Adjunct Faculty - Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide one hour of direct, individual clinical supervision per week for each assigned student.
• Complete essential administrative tasks, including reviewing and signing off on student clinical documentation, maintaining supervisor-specific documentation and records, reviewing student session recordings to provide actionable feedback, and completing and submitting formal student evaluations.
• Support students who are new to clinical work in a tailored, supportive environment, ensuring they develop the foundational skills necessary to progress to the externship experience.
• Establish regular, ongoing communication with each student’s site supervisor and pre-externship course instructor. Coordinate with the Director of Clinical Training as necessary.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
• Pennsylvania-licensed psychologist
• Two years of prior experience in clinical supervision

Qualifications

• The successful applicant must hold an earned academic degree (doctoral or master’s level) in the discipline or a related field appropriate for the contracted teaching responsibilities.
