About the role

Responsibilities include improving user experience, analyzing data trends, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including job postings and applicant tracking systems.
- Analyze data trends to improve user experience and optimize the Services.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including national security and law enforcement guidelines.
- Respond to legal requests and enforce legal agreements where necessary.
- Screen for and prevent undesirable or abusive activity within the Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT management.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases and data management systems.
- Understanding of cloud computing and serverless architectures.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
