The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to job postings, applicant tracking, and communication tools. Responsibilities include improving user experience, analyzing data trends, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including job postings and applicant tracking systems.
• Analyze data trends to improve user experience and optimize the Services.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including national security and law enforcement guidelines.
• Respond to legal requests and enforce legal agreements where necessary.
• Screen for and prevent undesirable or abusive activity within the Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT management.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with databases and data management systems.
• Understanding of cloud computing and serverless architectures.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
