Adjunct Contingency Instructor
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and deliver Silver Flag training curriculum
- Conduct readiness training for financial management personnel
- Create training materials, lesson plans, and assessments
- Cookordinate with training stakeholders and operational units
- Maintain training compliance and evaluate program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 10 years of training or readiness experience, experience developing and delivering training to federal or military personnel, Silver Flag experience, strong organizational and communication skills, active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher)
- Preferred Qualifications: Airforce or DoW contingency experience, relevant certifications

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
