Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
  • Analyze data trends to improve user experience and optimize the Services.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including national security and law enforcement standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and enhance complex systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
  • Experience with web development and familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in software development or data analysis preferred.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Experience with SQL and database management.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
