About the role

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science or computer engineering.
• Master's in mathematics, cybernetics, business administration, accounting, or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and Master's in cybernetics, engineering, mathematics, or business administration.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics and Master's in information science, computer information systems, or information systems.
• The equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A sensitivity to and understanding of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.

Qualifications

Benefits

Adjunct instructors are compensated at a minimum of $89.72 per standard hour, plus an office hour differential of $20.99 per hour for classroom assignments. Applicants with a doctoral degree are eligible for a doctoral differential.

Schedule

Faculty may be required to conduct classes in a virtual learning environment using Canvas or other methods of remote learning. Applicants with demonstrated certification in Blackboard, Canvas, or Course Compass or other online modalities may be given preference.
