Adjunct Assistant - Communication Studies

About the role

The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs. Adjunct Assistants are not expected to create course syllabi or assignments. Adjunct Assistants work under the leadership of another instructor, leading recitations, assessing student performance and offering timely student feedback as needed.

Requirements

• MA or MS in Communication Studies or closely related field.
• Previous teaching experience in Communication Studies or closely related field (preferred).
• Terminal degree in discipline is preferred (preferred).
