Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor, General Dentistry, College of Dental Medicine

Responsibilities

• Serve in the Department of Clinical Comprehensive Care or the Department of Preventative, Pediatric, and Community Dentistry.
• Provide clinical or simulation instruction in general dentistry with a primary focus on pediatric dentistry during the summer, fall, and spring semesters (year round).

Qualifications

• Possess a D.D.S./D.M.D. degree, or international equivalent, and have successfully completed the NBDE Parts I & II or the INBDE and a regional licensure examination (e.g. ADEX).
• By the position start date, hold active Maine Board of Dental Practice licensure (full).
• Have completed a CODA-accredited graduate program in Pediatric Dentistry and be Board Certified, or eligible for Board Certification, as a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
• Have a broad scope of clinical experience (and/or completion of additional training) in pediatric dentistry.
