Job Summary An established electronics manufacturing environment in Fremont, CA is seeking an Adhesive Staking Electronic Tech for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on PCB assembly, component staking, and electronics production experience who take pride in precision work and product reliability. The Adhesive Staking Electronic Tech will help protect sensitive electronic components from vibration, shock, and handling damage by applying adhesive staking techniques to printed circuit boards and related assemblies. Key Responsibilities Apply adhesive staking materials to electronic components, PCB assemblies, DIP components, capacitors, and other sensitive parts according to production requirements. Ensure proper mechanical reinforcement while preventing adhesive from flowing under components or interfering with function, inspection, or quality standards. Perform PCB assembly-related tasks in a controlled electronics manufacturing environment. Handle electronic components using proper ESD practices and careful workmanship. Inspect completed staking work for placement, coverage, consistency, and overall quality. Follow work instructions, production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality expectations.
